FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager who will focus on financial analysis and system improvements to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the company's core operating models, including financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Lead the development and implementation of advanced financial planning and forecasting processes
• Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, delivering actionable solutions and supporting monthly and quarterly close processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, banking, consulting, or equity research; SaaS or tech exposure preferred
• Fluency with modern AI tools and a focus on moving analysis into durable systems
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• A self-directed mindset with a focus on financial innovation in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical reasoning and conclusion-first written communication skills
