FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director / Manager of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Build the FP&A function from scratch, including planning cadence and reporting architecture
• Implement a modern FP&A platform end-to-end, including vendor selection and data model design
• Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning with a continuous, driver-based approach

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in a high-growth fintech environment
• Experience in building or significantly rebuilding an FP&A function
• Hands-on implementation experience with modern FP&A platforms (Pigment, Runway, or Abacum preferred)
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker or Mode
• Experience integrating AI tools into financial workflows
