FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and optimization of FP&A processes and systems for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Provide strategic analyses and recommendations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities
• Consolidate information into financial statements and prepare presentations for senior management and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a relevant field
• 7+ years of experience in Finance or FP&A role with a Bachelor's Degree, or 5+ years with a Master's Degree
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial analysis techniques
• Experience in setting up or transforming FP&A processes in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in financial modeling and experience with ERP and business intelligence tools
