FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FP&A Manager to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes in collaboration with functional and clinic leaders
• Prepare and present executive-level financial reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
• Develop financial models and conduct analyses for strategic projects, including new clinic openings and market expansion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or healthcare financial operations
• Understanding of healthcare reimbursement and clinic operational drivers
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with data visualization tools preferred
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing projects in a dynamic environment
