FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager, Revenue to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and forecasting processes across global sales channels, including budgeting and long-range planning
• Deliver monthly performance reporting with insights on budget, variance, and sales channel outlook
• Develop models connecting marketing and revenue performance to overall company goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Finance with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses
• Strong modeling and analytical skills with knowledge of accounting and GAAP concepts
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CFA, CPA, or CMA designation is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial reporting and planning systems is preferred
• Professional presence with strong interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
