FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to support financial planning and analysis functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes
• Oversee Financial Analysts and maintain financial models for business units and projects
• Prepare and present financial reporting packages and perform variance analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in FP&A or a related finance role
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with FP&A tools like Vena and strong data analysis capabilities
• Interest in bitcoin, HPC, and renewable energy is a plus
