FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to support its Go-To-Market organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly ARR and revenue forecasts and maintain revenue models
• Partner with RevOps and Data teams to establish automated data pipelines for forecasting
• Provide data-driven insights to influence GTM investment decisions and drive performance reporting

Required Qualifications

• Direct experience implementing AI tooling and scalable FP&A systems
• Advanced financial modeling skills and the ability to discern when to automate
• Experience supporting sales and marketing functions
• Fluency in SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, CAC, and LTV
• Strong executive communication skills for presenting insights effectively
