FP&A Manager

Job Summary

FP&A Manager is a full-time position responsible for leading financial planning and analysis for the US finance organization, focusing on complex financial analysis, reporting, and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary FP&A partner to US-based finance leaders and business stakeholders
• Own end-to-end delivery of management reporting and executive presentations
• Provide insight-driven recommendations to support executive decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CA, CFA preferred)
• 7-12 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting
• Demonstrated experience supporting US or global stakeholders in a matrixed environment
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI preferred
• Strong financial modeling capability
