FP&A Manager

Job Summary

FP&A Manager, responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide company strategy and monitor performance in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models for budgeting and forecasting
• Partner cross-functionally to provide financial insights on key decisions and initiatives
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of total career experience, including 5+ years in FP&A or related finance roles
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in DTC ecommerce or high-growth environments is a plus
