FP&A Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced FP&A Manager, this full-time remote position will manage the financial planning and analysis function, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance analytics, while partnering with executive leaders to drive growth and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget, rolling forecast, and multi-year financial planning processes
• Deliver monthly and quarterly variance and trend analysis, along with KPI reporting
• Function as a finance business partner to operational leaders, supporting decision-making and resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
• 4-8+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or consulting experience
• Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth environment strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel modeling and analytical skills
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills
