Job Summary

As a strategic finance partner to Sales leadership, the remote FP&A Manager will own the global sales capacity framework, provide financial guidance for strategic planning, and lead forecasting and performance management to drive predictable ARR growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary finance partner to Sales leadership, providing proactive financial guidance and building strong partnerships with stakeholders
  • Lead forecasting, planning, and performance management across assigned geographies, delivering timely and accurate forecasts while analyzing business performance
  • Own and maintain the global sales capacity model, developing assumptions related to headcount, productivity, and investment scenarios to optimize growth
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of FP&A, GTM Finance, Sales Finance, or related experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, ARR metrics, and sales productivity drivers
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
  • Experience building sales capacity, productivity, or quota models
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with VP-level business leaders
