FP&A Manager

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic finance partner, the full-time FP&A Manager will deliver actionable insights to the Medical, Learning, and Medical Communications businesses, focusing on revenue visibility, forecasting accuracy, and gross profit transparency in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance partner to leadership teams, providing proactive financial insights and influencing decision-making
• Enhance revenue forecasting models and build scalable reporting frameworks for real-time business performance insights
• Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes while driving continuous improvement in financial processes and data quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role
• Proven experience in revenue forecasting and performance analysis
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and reporting tools
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in finance and operations
