FP&A Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly analytical and action-oriented FP&A Manager, this remote full-time position will manage financial models, SaaS metrics reporting, and strategic forecasting while collaborating directly with executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the corporate financial model, driving the budgeting process and variance analysis
• Track and optimize core KPIs, collaborating with Accounting, IT, and HR to enhance operational efficiency
• Support the CFO in preparing financial reporting packages and presentations for the Board of Directors and investors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in a corporate finance role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or AI/software company
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for building and maintaining complex financial models
• Understanding of GAAP accounting concepts applicable to a subscription-based business model
• Experience with AI tools and familiarity with platforms like Quickbooks, Rippling, and Salesforce is a plus
