FP&A Manager

Job Summary

To support financial planning and operational finance activities, the full-time remote FP&A Manager will manage financial models, partner with cross-functional leaders, and prepare reporting packages to drive decision-making and performance insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of financial models for revenue forecasting, operating expenses, and headcount planning
• Analyze operating performance and provide insights for pricing, vendor evaluations, and organizational planning
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including variance analysis and KPI reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with experience in SaaS business models
• Experience with ERP systems and FP&A platforms
• Ability to distill complex analyses into clear insights for stakeholders
