FP&A Manager

Job Summary

To support a cutting-edge finance team, the full-time remote FP&A Manager will lead the annual budget and monthly forecast processes, perform financial variance analysis, and partner with Executive Leadership to enhance financial performance and strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the annual budget and monthly forecast processes, including detailed analysis of revenue, expenses, and cash flow
• Perform monthly financial and operational variance analysis, providing actionable insights to senior management
• Prepare presentations for Executive Leadership and the Board of Directors, while mentoring team members

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance role supporting operating executives at a companywide level
• Experience with financial planning frameworks and advanced financial modeling skills
• Solid accounting capabilities with an understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow impacts
• Proven track record of teaching and mentoring analysts
