FP&A Manager

Job Summary

Driving financial strategy in a fast-growing startup, the full-time remote FP&A Manager will own the end-to-end FP&A function, including monthly variance analysis, budget cycles, and financial modeling while collaborating with various departments to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly variance pack and provide narrative commentary on P&L, COGS, and OPEX
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models, analyzing member growth, ARPM, and clinical costs
• Partner with department heads to translate business plans into budgets and support financial analysis

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in a high-growth healthcare, SaaS, or subscription company
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of budget cycles and financial forecasting
• Expert-level skills in driver-based modeling and proficiency in modern FP&A platforms
• Strong business partnering instincts and ability to communicate effectively with non-finance leaders
• Genuine fluency in AI tools and data analysis using BI tools like Looker or Tableau
