FP&A Manager

Job Summary

To support the financial planning and analysis function, the fully remote FP&A Manager will lead the annual budget process, assist with portfolio valuations, and conduct financial variance analysis while managing complex financial modeling and reporting tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual portfolio budget process and quarterly reforecasts, coordinating deliverables and performing asset-level analysis
• Assist with the monthly valuation process by managing Argus valuation models and coordinating data submissions to external appraisers
• Conduct financial variance analysis and abstract key terms from leases and loan agreements for compliance and reporting purposes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business or finance concentration preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial real estate analyst/senior analyst
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate proficiency in Argus Enterprise required
• Solid understanding of real estate financial metrics, valuation methods, and capital markets
• Ability to read and interpret legal documents such as commercial leases and loan agreements
