FP&A Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and analytical FP&A Manager for a full-time remote position, responsible for partnering with Product and Engineering teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while building scalable FP&A processes and tools during a period of rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support growth and efficiency
• Support headcount planning to ensure alignment across hiring plans, budgets, and actuals
• Build and scale FP&A processes, reporting packages, KPIs, and planning infrastructure

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes
• Demonstrated success in improving financial models and planning processes
• Comfort with FP&A systems, automation, and AI-enabled tools
• Effective stakeholder management skills and experience partnering with cross-functional teams
