FP&A Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly analytical FP&A Manager, the full-time position will manage the financial planning process, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and drive financial forecasts while collaborating across functions in a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support company-wide financial planning processes, including long-term strategy, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting
• Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a primary contact for Finance
• Contribute to the evolution of FP&A processes and reporting to enhance visibility and accountability

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a quantitative discipline with 7+ years of experience in corporate finance and operations
• Proven track record in building strategic financial models and presenting analyses to senior management
• Experience with FP&A planning systems and optimizing P&L reporting
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear narratives for C-suite and Board-level reporting
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets
