FP&A Manager

Job Summary

To support financial planning and analysis functions, the full-time remote FP&A Manager will manage operating expense processes, including budgeting and forecasting, while collaborating with various functional leaders to enhance financial performance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end operating expense (OPEX) management process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Coordinate data flows between source systems to maintain data integrity across financial planning models and reports
• Develop actionable reporting and scenario analysis to improve visibility into expenses and savings opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning
• Advanced Excel skills
• OPEX management experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of relevant financial planning and analytical experience
