FP&A Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the primary FP&A partner for G&A functions, the full-time FP&A Manager will manage the annual budget and rolling forecasts, conduct monthly business reviews, and improve planning processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual budget and rolling forecast cycle for G&A, including headcount and operational expenses
• Lead monthly business reviews with G&A leaders, utilizing variance and driver analysis for informed decision-making
• Identify and implement improvements to G&A planning processes and tools to enhance efficiency

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent practical experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan and/or NetSuite
• Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business environment preferred
