FP&A Manager

Job Summary

Providing financial planning and analysis support to executive leadership, the full-time remote FP&A Manager will manage forecasting, budgeting, and consolidated reporting while delivering actionable insights to enhance profitability and decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning inputs for SG&A and corporate allocations
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, including variance and trend analysis, to summarize financial results and identify key business drivers
• Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making and improve reporting processes across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and BI dashboards
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial results and identify trends
• Effective communication skills to summarize financial insights clearly and concisely
