FP&A Manager

Job Summary

As a strategic finance partner to executive leadership, the full-time salaried FP&A Manager will drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance management while building AI-enabled processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecast processes
• Own monthly and quarterly business reviews, providing actionable insights to drive profitability
• Build scalable, AI-enabled FP&A processes and improve reporting automation and data integrity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred
• Minimum 8+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, preferably in the SaaS/Software industry
• Strong financial modeling skills and deep understanding of key financial metrics like ARR and gross margin
• Experience implementing or improving financial systems
• Advanced Excel skills and exceptional data analysis capabilities
