FP&A Manager

Job Summary

Driving financial planning and analysis, the full-time FP&A Manager will lead budgeting and forecasting processes for the Marketing organization while serving as a key finance advisor to leadership, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Marketing organization
• Serve as the primary finance advisor to Marketing leadership, optimizing resource allocation and evaluating growth initiatives
• Prepare materials for Board meetings and develop financial models to assess Marketing spend effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
• Significant experience as a trusted finance partner supporting Marketing leadership
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
• Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
• Proficiency in using AI tools for automating FP&A workflows
