FP&A Manager

Job Summary

Supporting global stakeholders, the full-time remote FP&A Manager will manage revenue forecasting, budgeting processes, and strategic financial analysis while collaborating closely with senior leadership across Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis of actual results, forecasts, and budgets, working with global Revenue teams to develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts
• Model revenue projections from Go-to-Market initiatives and measure key performance indicators such as CAC and LTV
• Promote zero-based budgeting principles and provide financial insights through variance analysis for operating expenses and project spend

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in an FP&A or similar consulting role
• Financial modeling and forecasting experience required
• Advanced proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with business planning software, preferably Anaplan, and NetSuite or similar
