FP&A Manager
Job Summary
Joining a dynamic finance team, the full-time salaried FP&A Manager will own revenue forecasting and planning processes, analyze business performance metrics, and drive insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to internal consumer business leaders, tracking and communicating key metrics for decision-making
- Lead analysis and reporting of monthly business performance, providing updates and deep dives on topline performance
- Build and manage scalable financial models to support forecasting, planning, and strategic decisions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive, relevant experience in FP&A
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse audiences
- Direct experience with Excel, G-suite, NetSuite, and financial planning systems like IBM TM1/Oracle Essbase
- Experience in financial modeling and understanding of US GAAP revenue recognition standards
- Ability to analyze large data sets and communicate insights to business partners
