FP&A Manager
Job Summary
To support a rapidly scaling organization, the full-time FP&A Manager will build and refine financial models, prepare board materials, and partner with various departments to drive financial efficiency in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and continuously refine a driver-based financial model that adapts to changing business needs
- Prepare monthly and quarterly board materials and investor updates, ensuring high-quality reporting
- Conduct scenario planning and analyses to inform strategic decisions regarding hiring, pricing, and market expansion
Required qualifications
- 3 to 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate development, investment banking, or strategy consulting
- Fluency in SaaS/subscription metrics such as ARR, NRR, and CAC payback
- Proven ability to build clean, auditable financial models that can be scaled or handed off
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with FP&A platforms and SQL/BI tools is a plus
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment where plans may frequently change
