FP&A Manager
Job Summary
To support strategic growth initiatives, the full-time remote FP&A Manager will manage core planning cycles, prepare financial reporting for executives, and enhance the KPI infrastructure to drive business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Support the annual budget process and quarterly reforecasts, including revenue and expense builds
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis and written commentary
- Build and maintain board and investor reporting materials in collaboration with finance leadership
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or consulting, with exposure to high-growth SaaS
- Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with modern planning tools and comfort with SQL or BI tools is a plus
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals affecting planning and reporting
- Ability to communicate complex analyses clearly to non-finance leaders
