FP&A Manager

Job Summary

Owning financial planning and analysis for a rapidly growing business, the full-time FP&A Manager will manage monthly management accounts, build team-level P&Ls, and lead budget and reforecast cycles while partnering with various departments in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly management accounts and month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Build and maintain team-level P&Ls to provide clear visibility of spend and performance
• Lead compensation and headcount modelling in collaboration with the People & Culture team

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance, preferably in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment
• CA/CPA or equivalent qualification, or a strong quantitative background in finance, accounting, or economics
• Advanced financial modelling skills, including driver-based operating models and scenario analysis
• Hands-on experience with an ERP system (NetSuite preferred) and modern planning or BI tools
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders and explain financial variances effectively
