FP&A Manager
Job Summary
To support its next stage of growth, the full-time remote FP&A Manager will own the annual budgeting process, build financial models, and prepare investor reporting packages for a fast-scaling, PE-backed SaaS business.
Key responsibilities
- Own the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, collaborating with department leaders
- Build and maintain financial models for revenue, unit economics, and cash runway to aid decision-making
- Prepare recurring board and investor reporting packages, including key SaaS metrics and variance analysis
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, or in-house FP&A
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear narratives for non-finance stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CFA, CPA, or MBA preferred
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics and experience with NetSuite is a strong plus
