FP&A Manager

Job Summary

To support the Finance team, the remote FP&A Manager will manage financial planning, forecasting, and performance management, providing high-quality analysis and actionable insights to enhance business decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of long-range financial plans and strategic business cases
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with stakeholders to develop robust financial plans
• Deliver insightful variance analysis and communicate the financial impact of foreign exchange movements on business performance

Required qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant FP&A experience
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with experience in automation or advanced analytics tools
• Strong commercial acumen and experience working with large datasets across multiple systems
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex data and present actionable recommendations
