FP&A Manager
Job Summary
Joining the Finance team, the full-time salaried FP&A Manager will manage revenue forecasting and planning processes, analyze business performance metrics, and support strategic decision-making in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to consumer business leaders, defining and communicating key metrics for operational and strategic guidance
- Lead analysis and reporting on monthly business performance, including delivering topline performance updates and deep dives
- Develop and manage scalable financial models to support forecasting, planning, and strategic decisions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse audiences for meaningful analyses
- Direct experience with Excel, G-suite, NetSuite, and planning systems like IBM TM1/Oracle Essbase
- Experience in financial modeling and understanding of US GAAP revenue recognition standards
- Ability to analyze large data sets and communicate insights effectively to business partners
