FP&A Manager

Job Summary

Joining the Finance team, the full-time salaried FP&A Manager will be responsible for forecasting, business planning, performance reporting, and analytics, while collaborating with internal consumer business leaders to drive strategic decisions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance partner, defining and communicating key metrics to guide operational and strategic decisions
• Lead analysis and reporting of monthly business performance, providing updates and deep dives on topline performance
• Build and manage scalable financial models to support forecasting, planning, and strategic decision-making

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A
• Strong relationship-building skills with diverse audiences for collaborative analysis and decision support
• Direct experience with Excel, G-suite, NetSuite, and financial planning systems like IBM TM1 or Oracle Essbase
• Ability to analyze large data sets and communicate insights effectively to business partners
• Experience in financial modeling and understanding of US GAAP revenue recognition standards
