FP&A Manager
Job Summary
To support strategic planning and financial analysis across the risk exchange platform, the remote Risk Exchange FP&A Manager will lead the development of annual plans and budgets, perform in-depth financial analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the annual strategic plan, budgets, and rolling forecasts while performing deep-dive financial analysis on operations and performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various finance teams and serve as a key partner to the Distribution team for data needs and performance tracking
- Support the monthly close and financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and clarity of outputs while driving continuous improvement in FP&A processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or another analytical discipline
- 5 - 7+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience, including at least 2 years in a manager or lead capacity
- Strong financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
- Proven ability to manage complex analysis from data gathering to insight communication
- Experience presenting financial results and recommendations to senior leadership
