FP&A Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated FP&A Manager, this full-time remote position will manage the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes, drive operating efficiency, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the company.
Key responsibilities
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and Board reporting
- Administer and evolve the financial planning platform, Pigment, to enhance forecasting and streamline processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to track performance metrics and drive accountability
Required qualifications
- Strong financial modeling experience, including building and maintaining driver-based models
- Proven experience with financial planning tools and processes
- Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Demonstrated understanding of SaaS business models and financial statements
- Ability to translate complex model outputs into clear narratives for leadership and the Board
