FP&A Manager
Job Summary
To support the company's financial strategy, the remote FP&A Manager will lead the annual budgeting process, manage forecasting, and develop financial models while providing strategic insights and analysis to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast business performance and analyze potential investments
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior leadership, highlighting key trends and business drivers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis within a technology organization
- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills
- Strong proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for translating complex financial data into actionable insights
