FP&A Manager for Ukrainian Clients

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time FP&A Manager for Ukrainian Clients, this remote position will manage financial needs by preparing reports, optimizing costs, and developing financial systems while collaborating closely with startup founders and top management.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare managerial financial reports based on raw data
• Establish and manage the budgeting process to control and prevent cash gaps
• Provide strategic recommendations for optimizing costs and improving financial situations

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial consulting within fast-growing companies
• Experience setting up an Odoo system
• B2 English level proficiency
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Experience in managing company finances and providing strategic recommendations
