Job Summary
To support the financial needs of Ukrainian customers, the full-time remote FP&A Manager will prepare managerial financial reports, optimize costs, and develop financial systems while collaborating closely with startup founders and top management.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare managerial financial reports based on raw data
- Establish and manage the budgeting process to control and prevent cash gaps
- Provide strategic recommendations for optimizing costs and improving financial strategies
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in financial consulting for fast-growing companies
- B2 English level proficiency
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Expertise in financial analysis, including knowledge of GAAP and unit economics
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and customers in a fast-paced environment
