FP&A Manager for US Customers

Job Summary

To support the financial needs of US customers, the full-time remote FP&A Manager will provide strategic recommendations, optimize costs, and prevent cash gaps while collaborating closely with startup founders and top management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare managerial financial reports and develop financial systems in collaboration with the R&D team
• Establish and manage the budgeting process, ensuring effective communication with founders and CFOs
• Analyze financial statements and provide recommendations for optimizing costs and improving financial strategies

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial consulting within fast-growing companies
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with knowledge of GAAP and unit economics
• Experience in managerial roles, including team and project management
• Proficiency in English at a C1 level
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively
