FP and A Manager - Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FP&A Manager - Operations & Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a master COGS report for forecasting and reporting
• Lead the budgeting process towards a dynamic 12-month rolling forecast
• Partner with engineering and logistics teams to evaluate ROI and guide financial strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering with a financial emphasis
• 5-7 years of progressive FP&A experience in a Hardware, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain environment
• Expert-level Excel skills and strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
• Familiarity with COGS/Inventory accounting and R&D capitalization/SaaS metrics
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
