FP&A Manager - Pennsylvania

Job Summary

To support a dynamic finance team, the remote FP&A Manager - Pennsylvania will manage financial planning and forecasting processes, prepare financial reporting and business analysis, and serve as a strategic finance partner to Product Development and Engineering leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain rolling forecasts based on business trends and performance analysis
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial packages for senior leadership, including KPIs and trend analysis
• Act as a trusted advisor to engineering leaders, identifying cost optimization opportunities and building cross-functional relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; preferred degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5-7 years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least 3 years supporting a software development organization
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
• Familiarity with software development tools like Jira and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• MBA, CPA, CFA, Agile, or other relevant professional certifications preferred
