FP&A Manager, Subscriptions

Job Summary

Driving financial performance in a remote environment, the full-time salaried FP&A Manager, Subscriptions will manage forecasting, planning, reporting, and analysis for subscription revenue while collaborating with cross-functional leaders to support strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance business partner for the assigned revenue business line, leading forecasting, planning, and financial analysis activities
• Develop and maintain complex revenue models, tracking subscription performance metrics such as acquisition and retention
• Lead the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of relevant finance experience, with a focus on subscriptions or recurring revenue businesses
• Strong understanding of subscription revenue forecasting and unit economics
• Expert-level skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in financial modeling tools
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage tight deadlines
