FP&A Operations Manager
Job Summary
Acting as a strategic partner to the Power CFO and FP&A leadership team, the full-time remote FP&A Operations Manager will manage investor relations processes, drive digital transformation initiatives, and oversee financial operations and reporting for the Power segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for Investor Relations, preparing Q&A responses and driving process improvements
- Lead operational and financial activities including planning, reporting, and critical close cycles for the Power segment
- Manage high-impact projects related to digital transformation and reporting standards across the finance organization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 7 years of finance experience with increasing responsibility
- Experience leading teams and managing projects
- Proven ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights
- Strong understanding of digital tools and financial compliance standards
