Job Summary
To lead complex finance transformation initiatives, the contract-to-hire FP&A Project Manager will manage cross-functional projects across FP&A, Finance Systems, Accounting, Engineering, HR, and Business teams, focusing on planning modernization, forecasting enhancements, and process optimization in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of FP&A and finance transformation initiatives from project intake through closure
- Partner with FP&A stakeholders to define business requirements, project scope, and success metrics
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocations while coordinating cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project or program management experience in FP&A, planning, forecasting, or reporting initiatives
- Hands-on experience with Anaplan-based planning projects and collaboration with FP&A teams
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles
- Proven experience managing finance systems implementations or transformation programs
- Experience creating and managing project plans, RAID logs, and executive communications
