FP&A Systems and AI Manager

Job Summary

Acting as a hands-on modeler, the full-time remote FP&A Systems and AI Manager will design and enhance workflows in Pigment, train finance partners in model building, and manage data pipelines while serving as the AI evangelist for the FP&A team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and improve workflows in Pigment for budgeting, forecasting, and planning
• Train finance business partners to independently build models, dashboards, and reports
• Manage the health of data pipelines and integrations with external systems

Required qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience with Pigment and system administration
• 3-5+ years of experience with EPM/FP&A planning tools, including implementation and configuration
• Experience with data integrations between EPM platforms and external systems
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of finance system data flows
• Demonstrated ability to train non-technical partners in building financial models
