FP&A Systems Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FP&A Systems Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the financial planning system, Abacum
• Integrate financial and operational data from key systems to ensure accurate data flows into Abacum
• Build and enhance reporting dashboards and planning templates to provide real-time insights for Finance and cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Systems, or related roles within a SaaS or technology company
• Hands-on experience with FP&A tools (Abacum preferred; Pigment, Adaptive, or Anaplan also relevant)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Intacct, NetSuite) and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake)
• Basic understanding of system integrations, data flows, and financial planning processes
