FP&A Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Team Lead who excels in both leadership and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of up to 10 FP&A specialists, overseeing their hiring and development
• Manage up to 40 client projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and building strong relationships with clients
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance features and processes based on customer feedback

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in finance, including 2 years in a senior finance leadership role
• Proficiency in English at C1 level
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong knowledge of financial and CRM software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero, Stripe)
• Experience managing teams with more than 5 subordinates
