FP&A Team Lead

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced FP&A Team Lead for a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract position, who will manage financial operations advisory, oversee critical financial models and analysis, and mentor a team of four FP&A professionals in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on FP&A reporting outputs and ensure alignment with accounting schedules
• Design, build, and maintain core FP&A models to support management decision-making and business performance analysis
• Develop and own the rolling cash flow forecast and working capital model while mentoring team members on forecasting best practices

Required qualifications

• Qualified finance professional with 5+ years of FP&A or financial operations experience in high-growth, high-tech environments
• Experience with AI and automation tools applicable to financial workflows
• Advanced Excel skills with proven ability to build and maintain complex financial models
• Familiarity with financial planning systems such as NetSuite or Adaptive Planning
• Strong understanding of month-end close processes and financial reporting
