FP&A Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the FP&A Team Lead will oversee the quality and timeliness of financial planning and analysis work, manage FP&A Analysts, and focus on corporate planning and portfolio forecasting in a contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of FP&A Analysts, providing coaching and feedback
• Own and develop recurring financial models, forecasts, and reports within the assigned functional area
• Analyze financial results, identify key drivers, and conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Five or more years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or a closely related finance role
• Prior experience leading or mentoring finance professionals and a strong understanding of financial statements
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including the ability to construct three-statement models
• Demonstrated analytical judgment and ability to communicate financial results effectively to various stakeholders
