Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crew Leader in Indiana.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects and crew members on customer sites
• Determine materials and staff requirements for projects and oversee crew work for safety and efficiency
• Lead onboarding and training activities for new employees

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 5-7 years of experience in railroad track construction, with 2+ years in a supervisory role preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of track structure, construction, and maintenance
• Ability to operate and train others on backhoe and front-end loader
• Certification required if operating on track controlled by the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks as required
